About Muhammad Saleem
I am currently a student at The University of Chicago, where I am finishing up my B.A. in Economics, and a minor in slavic languages and literature (with a focus on Russian). I spend most of my free time on various social bookmarking and networking sites (Digg, Netscape, Facebook) and writing about social media and socially driven content.
I wrote for The Blog Herald for a month, but decided to leave after Matt Craven sold it. Since then I have joined David Krug and team at 901am.
I also contribute to NewAssignment.net, which is an ongoing experiment in open source journalism. In August 2006 I was hired by Netscape as a 'professional social bookmarker'.
Please feel free to visit my personal site to learn more about me and what I am up to.
